Sad to admit, but our home had been terribly neglected for many years presenting a multitude of issues involving leaks and water damage, flooring requiring total replacement, dry rot, electrical and plumbing issues, attic damage from rodents, and a very dated and basically non-functional kitchen. We knew it was going to be a huge renovation job and interviewed several contractors. As soon as we met with and spoke to Ross, we felt an immediate connection, knowing that he would be able to do what was necessary to make the house a home again. His knowledge of design, basically all involved with construction and general contracting, having the right contacts to get us not just the best product, but also to stay within budget (which only went over because of our decisions to upgrade here and there), guidance and always being able to come up with solutions whenever a roadblock would suddenly occur (also usually our and not Stellar’s fault)…..I could go on and on. He listened to our ideas, presented his own, and together, we were able to achieve what turned out to be more than what we could have imagined. He followed up immediately with a few minor concerns after we moved back in. His professionalism is top-notched. We had total trust and confidence in Ross/Stellar from start to finish and was ultimately beyond pleased with the night and day transformation of our now-beautiful and fully functional kitchen and other areas of what is finally a home to be proud of. Awesome! Ross and Nate screened in and roofed my existing deck – in 30 degree weather! They discovered that the deck stairs were rotting on the inside due to original construction error and brought it to my attention. An accident waiting to happen because you couldn’t see it from the outside. We agreed to rebuild the stairs as well. They kept me updated every step of the way through completion by email and phone call. Safety was a priority – they kept the work area orderly and used caution tape for dangerous areas as well as verbal warnings. When the job was completed, they gathered their tools, cleaned the work area and disposed of the waste. It is a beautiful job! Ross and Nate are licensed, insured and excellent to work with. They take pride in their craft – and it shows! Excellent work at an affordable price.

Bathroom Remodel
It took a while to find a contractor that was willing, and wanted, to do the renovations I dreamed of-adding a second story! I LOVED the entire project from start to finish with Stellar and their employees! Everyone that was a part of my project was professional, on time, respectful of my opinion, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to insure that the end result was exactly what I had envisioned.
I could not be more impressed with their workmanship, attention to detail, working within my budget, assistance in helping me know where to shop for the items I needed to pick out, going the extra mile, and so much more.
The project finished ahead of time and that was a bittersweet moment. So happy for it to be done but knowing that the people that had been a part of my life off and on for over a year, and at my house nearly daily for the last 5 months, would be moving on to their next project.
Teaching from home and having my daughter doing school from home during the Fall of 2020 during the majority of the renovation added a layer of what I was expecting to be complications but it actually worked out well.
